Integration Coaching helps you make sense of significant life events.

Three Phase Process

  • Stabilize + Self-Reflect

We begin by slowing down and tuning in—checking how you're really doing emotionally, physically, and energetically. We explore your readiness to engage with the significant life event you’ve chosen and ensure your self-care and support systems are solid. You'll clarify your core values to serve as anchors for the journey ahead. Together, we’ll establish grounding tools and daily rituals that help you stay present and steady when things feel uncertain. This phase is about creating a strong foundation so you feel safe, supported, and resourced. By the end, you’ll feel more centered and equipped to explore your experience with curiosity and clarity.

  • Explore + Make Meaning

This is the phase where you tell your story—and I hold space as a deep listener and reflective mirror. Together, we’ll explore what happened, how it felt, and how it changed you. Through guided questions and intuitive prompts, we’ll unpack the most meaningful moments, name the emotions, and begin to weave the pieces into a clearer narrative. This is where insight begins to emerge—alongside wonder, regret, pain, or even awe. We’ll use tools like visualization, reflection, and analysis to help you find personal meaning and identify what matters most. By the end of this phase, you’ll have a more integrated understanding of your experience: what you went through, what it taught you, how you feel about it now—and a clearer sense of what’s calling you forward.

  • Act + Integrate

In this final phase, we turn insight into embodied action. Together, we weave what you’ve discovered into your daily life—through habits, choices, and rhythms that reflect who you’re becoming. I’ll support you in clarifying your direction, removing roadblocks, and creating small, meaningful steps that are anchored in your experience. Every action you take will be linked back to what you’ve learned, so the transformation doesn’t just stay in the past—it lives in you now. You’ll try things out, reflect, adjust, and keep moving forward. This is where your story becomes integrated—not just something that happened to you, but something that actively shapes how you walk forward in life.
