Jenny Banner founded Bright Corner Group in 2014 as a first step toward creating more joy in her life. After 15+ years of supporting and leading Sales and Human Resources teams inside organizations, she realized her clients and employees were getting the best expression of her. She was going to the office with a fully charged battery and coming home tired and irritable. She knew there had to be a different way of working that felt aligned and fulfilling. She identified the aspects of her work that she loved, guiding leaders, asking questions, sparking innovation, and offering frameworks to help make philosophical concepts more concrete. Through introspection, community, and family support, she hung her shingle. Opening her own coaching and consulting firm allows Jenny the freedom to do work she loves with people she enjoys.
Bright Corner Group’s core work is done at the individual and team level with the belief that every individual has the ability to create the life they want.
